Though portrayed on TV and movies as "cool", drinking and tobacco are bad for your body and are totally NOT cool. To prevent getting in to these bad habits, play sports and do after-school activities instead, along with eating healthy.
Healthy Choices = Healthy People
Eating healthy food is way better and tastier than alcohol and tobacco. Fruit smoothies beat alcohol every time. Instead of chewing tobacco, chew some sunflower seeds. Instead of chugging alcohol, have some chocolate milk. You will be a lot healthier and more satisfied if you choose healthy foods. Alcohol and tobacco destroy your life. Apples don't. Be smart. Eat healthy.
Exercise Is Fun
There are a lot of fun things you can do that will help you stay healthy and away from alcohol and tobacco. Go on a bike ride with a friend. Take a walk or jog. Go swim in the local pool or go to Lake Como. All of these are fun, and of course there are many more things to do.
